Returns are accepted but the item has to be returned exactly as it was shipped and in the same condition it was shipped out in. Items being returned must be return within 7 days of receiving of the buyer receiving it. I will refund only the amount of the items price. I do not return the amount charged for shipping the item to you. The buyer is responsible for the payment of shipping the item back to me. I do not refund the return shipping payment to the buyer returning the item. Money paid for the item is not refunded until the item is received by the seller within 7 days.

No. We no longer combine shipping due to dishonest buyers claiming the other items were never received. A Delivery Confirmation Number is now given to each item by the USPS so that the item can be tracked by the seller and buyer. My apologies for anyone this inconveniences.

Most items are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service). The time for shipping us usually 3 - 14 days. Check their website. USPS.com All items I ship out have Delivery Confirmation. So once the item is confirmed paid for, I ship your item out the next business day, you will be sent an email with a tracking number that you can go to the USPS website and track the progress of your shipment. If another shipping method is requested or needed I will inform you by email before shipment.

No. For insurance purposes and PayPal and Google Checkout protection all items must be sent to the purchasers verified address. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

No. We ship to the continental lower 48 states of the USA, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, AFO, FOP and military addresses. We do not ship internationally. No shipping to countries outside of the United States Of America.

No I do not automatically include insurance. If you would like insurance on the shipping of the item purchased send an email (wandaa84@hotmail.com) informing me that you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment. I will reply with a quote for the additional amount that the insurance will cost you. You should request insurance before paying for your item and I will recalulate your invoice to include the insurance.

Once your item is paid for I will carefully package your item, pay for shipping that will include a Delivery Confirmation Number issued by the USPS. This is a form of tracking on the United States Postal Service website. You will be sent an email with a tracking number and the USPS website link. With this information you will be able to go to the website link listed in the email and track the progress of your shipment.

Items are shipped the next business day if there are no unforseen occurrences. If there is a problem with immediate shipment I will inform you by email as to when the item will be shipped out.
